  I visited Dr. Mooring today for the first time. Initially when I set up the appointment I set it up for a cleaning. At the time of scheduling the appointment, the staff did not mention that they will not be able to do the cleaning, but that we will have to have a consultation first. I mentioned this to the staff during my appointment. Dr. Mooring came in, frustrated and spoke to me in a high voice, telling me that he is tired of having to go through this with people every day where they mention that the first visit is only a consultation and cannot do the cleaning.
  
  Dr. Mooring, I completely understood the explanation when it was given by your staff and frustrated you. I never doubted your ability or capacity as a doctor. The professionalism, which was not there from the beginning is what the issue was.
  
  I was afraid Dr. Mooring might act violently because he was shaking when yelling and got out and came back to the room several times while screaming at me, to the point that I was worried on my personal safety.
  
  You yourself mentioned that you deal with this every day, and that can be frustrating, so if you have the issue with different people, maybe it is time to look inside and make sure that your procedures are followed. If you are in the practice and this is something you are aware for you, your duty is to inform the patients for which you provide services for.
  
  When asked at the front desk to speak with a manager/supervisor, they said the Dr. Mooring is the owner, in a rude way as there is no one else we can complain to.
  
  The behavior exposed by Dr. Mooring was outrageous. Lack of communication and professionalism is the issue, not your abilities as a doctor.
  
  I see that you are already experienced in these types of events as you did not charge for the x-rays taken today, so there will be no insurance claim and possibility of complaining about the treatment at your office through the insurance as well - the cow where you milk money from.
